Jerry Howard, Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of Home Builders, has over 25 years of association experience and a lifetime in the housing industry. Jerry began his association career at the National Association of Realtors, where he served as a Legislative Analyst for tax issues. Prior to joining NAHB, Jerry served as the Chief Lobbyist for the National Council of State Housing Agencies where he was instrumental in the development of the low-income housing tax credit as part of the Tax Reform Act of 1986. Jerry came to NAHB as tax counsel in 1988 and served in a variety of roles, including Chief Lobbyist. He was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer in February 2001.

Joel Langill is a part of the Critical Infrastructure Protection team at AECOM where he serves as an ICS Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert. Prior to joining AECOM, Joel founded - a web resource devoted entirely to industrial cyber security, while working as an independent consultant to private organizations and governments globally.

Joel has worked for over 30 years exclusively in the industrial automation and control industry. His experience was developed through in-depth, comprehensive architecture design, product development, implementation, and system migration in a variety of roles having exposure to most industry sectors.

He has deployed ICS solutions covering most major industry sectors in more than 35 countries encompassing all generations of automated control from pneumatic to cloud-based services. He has been directly involved in automation solutions spanning feasibility, budgeting, front-end engineering design, detailed design, system integration, commissioning, support and legacy system migration.
