You can order your badges right up until the show, to do this you will need to log into your Exhibitor Dashboard with your ID & Password. You will receive a confirmation email with bar code for each badge which can be picked up onsite at the “ALREADY REGISTERED EXHIBITOR with Bar Code” desk.
If you have misplaced your log in information for the Exhibitor Dashboard feel free to email your Customer Success Specialist.
Just order your badges as you would have through the Exhibitor Dashboard with your ID/PW and you will get a confirmation email with BAR CODE. Bring your bar code with you and pick up your badges onsite at the Javits Center.
Inside the Exhibitor Manual you will find an Exhibitor Action Checklist, which will provide you with the contact information for all of the official Show contractors. Check back soon for the 2017 Exhibitor Manual.
Freeman is the official BuildingsNY Show contractor and they do offer discounts for exhibitor orders placed on their website prior to February 27, 2017.

If you take advantage of shipping to the Advanced Warehouse, your crates will be in your booth based on your move-in dates. You can ship your materials to arrive at the Advanced Warehouse before Monday, March 13.
If you ship to the Show Site, you could see a delay of a couple hours before your shipment is received, staged and brought to your booth space. You can ship your materials to arrive at the Show after Monday, March 20.
Yes – BuildingsNY has a Lend-A-Hand Program which is a free cart service provided during move-in & move-out days to help transport your items to your booth. Check back soon for more information.
