Joseph Dussich, Jr. is Chief Executive Officer and President of JAD Corporation of America; one of the New York City Metro area’s largest independently owned janitorial, plastic and paper suppliers. JAD has been manufacturing in Queens, NY for over 50 years and employs more than 100 local residents. JAD services residential and commercial properties throughout New York City.
As part of his commitment to his customers, Joe offers professional seminars to help educate building owners and managers of their maintenance responsibilities. These training programs are one of the reasons JAD is viewed by City officials and the real estate community as a credible and socially responsible company.
During this time, Joe has introduced new products into the real estate industry such as biodegradable plastic bags, recycling systems, and innovative lighting solutions through JAD’s sister company, American Bulb Corporation. Recently, Joe and his three sons launched Mint-X Corporation, which manufactures the world's only patented and EPA registered rodent and raccoon repellent trash bag. Mint-X Trash Bags are presently being carried in Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, Lowes, Wegmans, Stop and Shop and Shoprite stores throughout the Tri-State Area and internationally as a private label for US & Canadian Walmart stores.

Additionally, she coordinates daily operations and supervises 34 employees. A 20-year career as a successful equity sales trader with several
prestigious broker dealers, Howard built multimillion-dollar
books of business through networking, prospecting and
relationship building. His entrepreneurial approach to sales and
business development has awarded Howard with a history of
exceeding ambitious goals in areas of revenue, profit, growth and
overall customer satisfaction. This experience has given Howard
the ability to cross career bridges while leveraging existing
contacts to establish a new pipeline of projects and opportunities
for RSP Systems.
With a strong knowledge of financial forecasting and project
development, Howard has led the strategic advancement of over
$10 million dollars of cogeneration projects in NY. Howard holds a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. He is an active member of
Urban Green Council and the Northeast Clean Heat and Power
Charles Kaliades is a regional sales director for Renters Legal Liability LLC (RLL). RLL offers a risk transfer platform for apartment, condominium and co-op providers. Kaliades is responsible for RLL’s expansion throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. He is an active member of CHIP NYC, IREM, NARPM, NJAA, PAA East, POA of NJ and VAMA. He earned a B.A. in history from Union College
