David is the CEO of Colony Heights, which owns and manages multi-family elevator apartment buildings. David has attended industry seminars and trade shows for nearly four decades and is constantly testing and implementing new practices, products and technologies to manage costs and provide superior service and compliance.

Earlier in his career, he managed Class A commercial real estate properties in New York City rising through the ranks to VP, Portfolio Manager focusing on operational efficiencies, property management, acquisitions, and portfolio energy spend.

He was also VP of Operations and General Counsel at Davis & Partners, where he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative functions. He holds a B.A. in economics from Boston Univ. and a J.D. from Duke Univ. School of Law.

Ms. Tomasi is currently a Senior Manager with Boston Properties where she oversees the iconic 2m sf GM Building, supporting the 100+ million dollar revitatlization of the plaza and Apple flagship store, extensive additional capital project work along with overseeing 80+ site team and operational programs, investor financial reporting and tenant relations. Deborah’s real estate background encompasses both commercial and residential property management.  Throughout her 30-year career, Ms. Tomasi has worked with a list of prestigious clients including Metlife, Teachers, Sony, NYU, Malkin, Chanel, NYPH,  and Morgan Stanley to name a few.
