Topics focused on how to improve a building's bottom line and provide the amenities, efficiencies and technology that today's tenants are demanding. Sessions also provided conference participants with the skills and knowledge to manage a building's environmental footprint.

2011 Call for Presentations

BuildingsNY/GreenBuildingsNY is now accepting speaking proposals for the 2011 Conference Program! The Program will take place March 30 - 31, 2011. Session proposals should address an innovative solution, a unique application or success story relevant to any or all of our attendee segments – building owners, property managers, real estate professionals, architects, contractors, project managers and engineers. LEED Specific courses are highly encouraged.

*All proposals must be vendor neutral and commercial free.
