Thank you for choosing to exhibit at and support BuildingsNY 2012, being held May 2-3rd at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City. We appreciate your participation in the premier event for the buildings industry in the New York Metro Area.
The exhibitor manual is a valuable resource in preparing for BuildingsNY. Whether it’s your first time here or you’re an experienced exhibitor, the manual is an easy-to-use guide to help make exhibiting a smooth process and ensure that you have a successful show.

How to Use The Exhibitor Manual
The Exhibitor Manual provides you with all of the information you need to ensure a smooth exhibiting experience—from Rules and Regulations, Marketing and Sponsorship Information, to Show Products and Services Order Forms, and more. Here’s how you should use your Exhibitor Manual:

  1. Refer to the Exhibitor Action Checklist
    Use this for easy references for important deadlines—it can help save you money in some cases!
  2. Review the Entire Manual
    Take the time to review all sections—there is important information in each and brief descriptions of services, regulations, and procedures required for you to exhibit. Be sure to pass any information to colleagues who may need to know more about such things as Marketing and Sponsorship Information.
  3. 3. ROI Initiatives
    BuildingsNY understand budgets are tight. To help increase your ROI, we are again instituting a number of programs to help build your return on investment. These programs are available at NO ADDITIONAL COST to exhibitors, and include:
  • Pre-Paid Drayage: Prepay drayage at least two weeks before BuildingsNY save 10% off your overall drayage bill.*
  • Lend-A-Hand: Free Exhibitor Cart Service to reduce your onsite move-in/move-out costs. This labor will be available Compliments of Show Management. Please note – some restrictions apply to this program, based on your overall weight and volume of your materials for the event.
  • Guaranteed Lead Program: BuildingsNY will provide you with a minimum of 100 targeted leads from our pre-registered attendee list, giving you the opportunity to market to these qualified buyers pre- and post-show to supplement the leads you collect onsite and increase your ROI. Note - To take advantage of this great offer, you need to complete the Guaranteed Lead Program form online, prior to the event.  
  • FREE Customer Invitation Program: We want to make sure you are getting maximum exposure before the Show. Take advantage of our FREE Customer Invitation program. We have created electronic and printed invitations that you can forward to all of your customers inviting them to register for FREE.
