At BuildingsNY, I do a year’s worth of business in two days. I connect with prospective clients, network with other industry pros, and learn about new trends, products, and business solutions.

Jerry Freud, Chairman, ChutePlus LLC

As President of our co-op, I must be on top of the services and innovations that can help us manage our building to the best advantage of our shareholders. BuildingsNY keeps me up-to-date and in-the-know.

BuildingsNY 2017 Attendee

I loved the educational sessions that were given at the show. I learned a lot about upcoming law changes and deadlines throughout the city agencies. Now I can present this information to my VP and colleagues so that we are ahead of the curve and be in compliance when the policies take effect.

Conference Attendee, BuildingsNY 2017

With the Lead Retrieval tool, I’ll capture 100 leads or more at every show. Out of those, I’ll seriously discuss ten major jobs and book around three or four. I also get a shelf life out of the information I share with prospective customers, and people often call to do business with us three years later.

Rudy Fusco, Mr. Parking Lot

Our company has been exhibiting here for the last 10 years. We invite existing customers and potential customers to join us and—at the show—we expand our database of contacts and always walk away with viable leads.

Howard Rosen, RSP Systems

Buildings NY has been incredibly successful for us. It’s a great avenue for us to promote new business ventures that we launch within the NYC market. I like the way it brings together all the different types of commercial and residential vendors and property managers and provides an arena to show people that what I’m doing on the commercial side often applies to residential and vice versa.

Chris Weickert, Weickert Industries, Inc.

It’s my first time here at Buildings NY and so far it’s been a great experience. I’ve met a nice combination of facility managers, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers. We’ve built some great relationships and I look forward to coming back.
