Now that you’ve completed the first step, it’s time to register your staff for badges, add your company’s brands, products and press releases to gain exposure & generate leads from buyers looking for brands and products like yours!

Register Your Staff for Badges

Step 1: Click on the "Register for Exhibitor Staff Badges" section under Services

Step 2: Click on the "Registration Tools" button.

Step 3: Click on the "Add Booth Staff" button

Step 4: Click the "Address On File" button. Your company’s address should be listed below.

Step 5: Input your staff’s first name, last name, title and email address.

Step 6: Click the "Select One" drop down menu and select a type of registrant.

Step 7: Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Step 8: Click the "Continue" button.

How to Add Products (Up to 3 Products)

Step 1: Click on the "Products" section in the Exhibitor Dashboard: Quick Links.

Step 2: Click on the "Add Product" button.

Step 3: Add the name of your product and a description.

Step 4: Click the "Select File" button under the image column. (Optional)

Step 5: Select the Product Category it falls under (choose up to 5)

Step 6: Click the "Save" button.

How to Add Brands (Up to 5 Brands)

Step 1: Click on "Brands" in the Exhibitor Dashboard: Quick Links.

Step 2: Click on the "Add New" button.

Step 3: Add the name of your brand.

Step 4: Click the "Save" button

How to Add Press Releases (Up to 100 Press Releases)

Step 1: Click on "Press Releases" in the Exhibitor Dashboard: Quick Links.

Step 2: Click on the "Add New" button.

Step 3: Add the name of your press release, dates and choose a category.

Step 4: Click the "Select File" button under the Document File section and add the press release.

Step 5: Click the “Save” button.

How to Add Show Specials (Up to 100 Show Specials)

Step 1: Click on "Show Specials" in the Exhibitor Dashboard: Quick Links.

Step 2: Click on the "Add New" button.

Step 3: Add the name of your Show Special and optional description

Step 4: Click the "Select File" button under the Document File section and add an image.

Step 5: Add the Show Special Category from the drop down list
