Owners and managers of multi-family properties in New York City - especially those with buildings greater than 25,000 sq. ft. - will not want to miss this special presentation by the NYC Benchmarking Help Center.  The BHC is a free public service for owners and operators of buildings who must benchmark their buildings in accordance with NYC's Greener, Greater Buildings legislation. You’ll hear what the center can do for you, learn about energy benchmarking regulations and understand appropriate methods to ensure your compliance.

In addition, you’ll be able to get back to basics, as Alan and Jacqueline discuss how to collect and record building information and uses and energy and water meter data and methods of reporting to New York City.

Learning Objectives:
1. Understand benchmarking and its importance
2. Learn how the new NYC Benchmarking Law affects mid-size building owners
3. Hear the basics of Energy Star Portfolio Manager®
