Is your building between 25,000 and 50,000 square feet? If so, you may be subject to Local Law 133, the NYC benchmarking law.

Do you want to start benchmarking but don’t know how? We can show you how to collect energy and water data from utilities and report your data to NYC before the May 1st deadline.

The NYC Benchmarking law requires owners of all buildings over 25,000 Square feet to report their energy and water use to NYC on an annual basis using Energy Star Portfolio Manager®, a free and secure online tool. This data informs building owners about a building's energy and water consumption compared to similar buildings and tracks progress year over year to help in energy efficiency planning.

Start now to meet the May 1st deadline.
