As Managing Director, Deborah oversees the property management services for multi-million square feet portfolio on behalf of over a half dozen clients. She facilitates in corporate initiatives and participates in new business pitches.

Deborah’s background encompasses both property and facilities management and financial operations. She has worked with many prestigious clients in high profile properties.

Deborah graduated Cum Laude with a BA from Hunter College.

She is a member of BOMA/NY since 1998 and is a member of the Preparedness Committee, Civic Betterment Committee and Chairs the Journal Sales Committee for the Pinnacle Awards.

Deborah is currently an Adjunct Professor with NYU where she teaches Commercial Property Management. She has supported Covenant House charity with fund raising over the last several years.

She is a two-time winner of the International best Practice Competition at C & W and while with IESG was named Portfolio Manager of the year.

Deborah lives in New York with her husband Peter and their son Alexander.

Ron is the Vice President General Manager for The Moinian Group.

Ron has a Bachelor of Arts from Suffolk University in Boston. He has been a member of BOMA/NY for 11 years and is currently Vice President. He is currently the Chair of the Personnel Committee and the Finance & Oversight Committee. He also is a member of the BOMA/NY Codes & Regulations/Government Affairs, Preparedness and Energy/Sustainability and Professional Development Committees.

Ron has served as the Chair of the BOMA/NY Advocacy Response Committee since 2011, Co-Chair of Codes and Regulation Committee.

Ron was named the 2012-13 Outstanding Local Member of the Year and a two time recipient of the Presidents’ Award in 2011 and 2013.

Ron and his wife Elaine have two children and reside in Long Island.

Mr. James R. Kleeman joined The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in 2011 as the Deputy Director of the World Trade Center Redevelopment Department. His duties and responsibilities include all the redevelopment activities of the 14 million square foot World Trade Center project, which to date, is one of the largest mixed-use developments in New York City. As Deputy Director, Mr. Kleeman leads his department in overseeing the transition of the World Trade Center Site from construction phase to operational phase; additionally, he is actively involved in the Site’s operations. He also leads the department in working with various stakeholders and our business partners.

While with Related, Mr. Kleeman oversaw the management of Related’s Commercial Properties. His management portfolio, among other assets, included the iconic Time Warner Center, a BOMA International TOBY-award winning 2.8 million square-feet, multi-use property. Similar to the World Trade Center Site, Time Warner Center transitioned from construction to operations under Mr. Kleeman’s leadership. Mr. Kleeman is an authoritative voice in our industry and has expansive and diverse knowledge with over thirty years of experience in all aspects of building operations and property management for Mega-Block and Mixed-Use properties along with Class A High-Rise office buildings in the New York Metropolitan area—one of the best known real estate markets in the world.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kleeman has established and maintained strong professional relationships with local municipalities, government leaders, law enforcement, first responders, and other important stakeholders. He has become known throughout the industry for building relationships, achieving consensus, and championing leadership skills. These relationships have proved invaluable in facilitating Mr. Kleeman’s responsibility to manage facilities that remain safe and secure in an ever changing and more challenging environment.

Mr. Kleeman continues his dedication to his profession and community by serving on the Commercial Management Council for the Real Estate Board NY, and as President on the Board of Directors for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater New York, Inc.. Mr. Kleeman served, as the Chairman of the BOMA Mid-Atlantic Region, in which he earned the distinguished designation of BOMA Mid-Atlantic Region’s 2010-2011 Outstanding Member of the Year Award. He also serves on several committees for BOMA International, presently the Vice-Chair for the Building Codes and Voluntary Standards Committee where he is strengthening his relationships with real estate professionals internationally and creating, defining, and instituting the standards to which mixed-use properties are being held.

Mr. Kleeman now resides in New Jersey with his wife, Jo-Anne. They have four grown children, some of whom have entered into the Real Estate Industry.
